Join us at Hemenway’s on Friday, September 18th for an evening celebrating the wines of Gianni Gagliardo Winemaker, presented by Paolo Gagliardo.
Our Executive Chef Brian Hebert has teamed up with Executive Chef Austin Hamilton from our sister restaurant Hemenway’s to present this unique wine and culinary adventure. The night begins at 5:30pm with a welcome reception featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a thoughtfully paired four-course dinner at 6:00pm. Each course will be complemented by selections from Gianni Gagliardo Winemaker, showcasing the depth, elegance, and heritage of this esteemed winery.
Throughout the evening, Paolo Gagliardo will share insights into his family’s winemaking traditions and the stories behind each wine.

About Paolo Gagliardo:
Paolo Gagliardo has always believed that wine is the result of a balance between the land, people, and the spirit of sharing. After earning a degree in Agricultural Sciences, he chose to gain experience in every area of the family business, convinced that only a complete understanding of the entire production process allows its identity to be conveyed authentically. His professional journey began in 2010 with his first trips to several international markets. He later coordinated the winery’s operational activities, before conceiving and developing the company’s hospitality project, which over the years has welcomed thousands of wine enthusiasts and professionals from all over the world.
Today, Paolo focuses on business development, with particular attention to the Italian market. He works closely with restaurateurs, wine merchants, and qualified industry professionals, building lasting relationships based on authenticity, listening, trust, and meticulous attention to detail.
Together with his brothers Stefano and Alberto and his father Gianni, he contributes every day to the growth of Poderi Gianni Gagliardo and Tenuta Garetto, creating a connection between the work carried out in the vineyards and the winery and the people who choose their wines.
